Refund Policy

This policy covers paid plans of the hosted CodoSEO service at codoseo.com, run by RankOrg. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also issues your invoices.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account (Manage billing). Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan and its limits apply.
Full refund within 7 days
If you are not happy with a new subscription, ask for a refund within 7 days of its first payment and we refund that payment in full. Your paid plan ends when the refund is made.
Renewals
Monthly renewals are not refunded, in full or in part. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date; the date is shown under Billing in your account.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your CodoSEO account, and tell us you would like a refund. We confirm the request and issue the refund through Dodo Payments.
Where the money goes
Refunds go back through Dodo Payments to the original payment method. How long it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
